Shipping & Return
Your order will arrive approximately 2-5 business days from receipt by us, depending upon your geographical location and your carrier/service of choice. Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notiﬁcation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Additionally, you may log into your Tropical Spices account to retrieve your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package, by entering it at the appropriate website.
Tropical Spices cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays in shipment or lost-in-transit shipments, however we want you to get your order! Below are the allotted times to wait before we take action to refund/replace your order as packages usually turn up within these amounts of time.
• Domestic shipments -If you have not received your order after 21 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
• International shipments -If you have not received your order after 45 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
If you are in need of your order prior to the aforementioned lengths of time, you may place another order and follow our return policy for the delayed packages. For items that are lost-in-transit please wait the aforementioned allotted times before any refunding or replacements to occur.
Tropical Spices cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries, that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we suggest you call your local post ofﬁce to inquire further. If you wish for a re-delivery of your order, we will require a restocking fee of 25% of the products purchased plus any applicable shipping and handling costs.
We are confident you'll be extremely happy with everything you purchased at tropicalspices.com. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 15 days of purchase.
Please contact us for for arrangements. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price (less shipping) promptly after receipt of the returned merchandise.
